Service and views were beautiful, but most important - everything was very clean. We got the deluxe double room and it was large. Being at a short distance from Westminster metro station was a big advantage. Family-friendly accommodation, we would definitely recommend...

The view was amazing and the staff were best.
-
Where should I start - it was truly magnificent. Eating a perfect breakfast overlooking the Thames, the wonderfully comfortable bed, strolling home across Westminster Bridge each evening, the incredibly polite and friendly staff (nothing too much trouble), the pool, bathroom, the library - everything was just right. I can't praise this hotel highly enough and it will definitely be my first choice in future. Didn't have the afternoon tea (served in the library with magnifiecent view of Thames, Big Ben etc) but plan to remedy that very soon when next meeting with 'the girls' on our frequent shopping trips.

It has good location which most of the important attraction sites are near to it.
In my opinion this hotal more suitable for business men than family.
-
Employees of the hotel are very attentive and competent. The view of the river Thames is delightful and cozy.
I had great difficulty in making payment in advance of stay, as is my custom. There were numerous exchanges of emails and unnecessary, in my view, to get your payment. The bathrooms need to be modernized because they are not at the level of a 5 star.

A very welcoming, luxury and friendly hotel with excellent views. The leisure facilities were perfect after a very busy day. The location was perfect to visit many tourist attractions on foot and close access to underground. The logo within the hotel says "walk as though you own the hotel" and that is exactly how the staff made you feel. I would highly recommend the Marriott Count Hall hotel.
The only thing was that we had a room overlooking the jubilee gardens and it was a very long walk. It was a shame that there was not an access door at the far end of the hotel. However, we did chose the long walk to get a better view from out room. Alternative rooms were offered with less walking but lesser views.

Loved the location, the staff were very friendly and we found the free services such as lugagge storage and the internet/printing servicefor boarding passes
-
Fantastic friendly well situated hotel, room clean, staff extremely helpful. All in all recommend it to family and friends.
-
The views and locations of this hotel are fantastic Just the ideal location for a trip to London
Breakfast the bacon had been cooked and kept warm not the sort of thing you would expect from a hotel of this standard
-
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely. Great location for exploring London.
Whirl pool / sauna were seperate in male and female changing rooms (not very sociable if you are away with your partner)
-
The location The restaurant was amazing The staff was very friendly and helpful The beds and the bedding was amazing and I had one of best night sleeps in my life!
The temperature in the hotel -corridors and the rooms was a bit to low for us.
-
Incredible location, large rooms with a bed you will never want to get out of.
I thought the bathroom was a little dated and the shower could have been better.
-
Helpfull stuff, good location, nice views, proximity to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, comfortable beds.
The hotel is very tired and old fashioned, a little gloomy, small rooms, endless corridors, we had to walk to our room from the elevator like 400 meters.
-
hospitality and welcoming
only few front desk for hole of huge hotel

The location at the London Marriott Hotel County Hall is unbeatable...right on Westminster bridge, along the Southbank, one of the most scenic areas in London, with incredible vibe and so much to do!
