The Deluxe King Room offers an impressive view where the Thames River and iconic landmarks stretch out. The pool stands out with its grandeur, making a splash during downtime, especially after a day of exploring.
I found the dining experience lacking, as I couldn’t get a meal at a reasonable hour despite the availability of empty tables. The bar food I ordered also fell short, tasting mediocre for the high price.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Westminster Station and about 10 minutes to Waterloo. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool! It was clean and open early, which was great for morning swims. The staff were super friendly.
One downside was the food quality during a corporate event I attended. the sandwiches were pretty disappointing, which I didn't expect at such a nice place.

very nice hotel in an amazin location! we loved the bright n clean swimmin pool, perfect for mornin workouts. staff was super friendly, especially at the front desk. they were understanding when we had a late check out too, so that was a plus! overall, a great choice for a group trip.
the only downsides were the hefty price for breakfast and the hotel was a bit noisy at times. but somethin u expect in a big city, i guess.

This hotel boasts an incredible location near the London Eye and quick access to major sights, making it ideal for sightseeing. While the staff was generally friendly, the disorganization at check-in and issues with cleanliness overshadowed the experience a bit. Still, the view from the room was truly stunning.

I stayed in a Superior King Room with a view of Big Ben. The room dazzled with its modern luxury and unique historic decor. Easy navigation made everything accessible, which was a plus. The view? Unreal! Every time I drew back the curtains, I could see Big Ben right there. Staff were incredibly friendly. They surprised me with a bottle of bubbly to celebrate my birthday, a touch that made my stay special. I enjoyed breakfast in the Library, with stunning views of Westminster. The pool was clean and open early, perfect for morning exercise. I experienced some noise issues at night. It wasn’t constant but happened often enough to be annoying. I wish the pool had a hot tub. it would be nice after swimming. Some confusion occurred regarding room upgrades. I was initially told different things than what I ended up receiving. Overall though, I had a great time, and the beautiful room made it all worthwhile.
